Recent local political events almost canceled this year's St. Andrew's Ball, but through the concerted efforts of our patron, and the Kuwait Caledonian's Committee, a license was finally obtained.

The evening was a great success,
in spite of Government and hotel surveillance.

Thanks to all our guests for your cooperation this evening.
